The support from this company is truly outstanding. Over the past two decades, I've reached out to them a handful of times regarding their products, and they've consistently handled my replacement requests without any fuss and responded to my inquiries promptly.

My latest interaction happened during a particularly chaotic work period, and they informed me about a delay in shipping my item. They followed up with a couple of emails to reassure me that I was still on their radar, and the package actually arrived ahead of the initially promised date. Just fantastic! They tackled my issue with professionalism and speed.

I’ll definitely be coming back to this company for all my kitchen needs in the future. Having that peace of mind is crucial, and knowing that any potential problems will be dealt with swiftly is really reassuring.

We recently started using a gift set of Judge cutlery that was still sealed (might be an older version), but unfortunately, the forks were defective. Since we didn’t keep the packaging, we were unsure about the style. Having used many Judge products before, we always found them to be of excellent quality and value, so this was unexpected. Rachel from Customer Services was super quick and helpful, communicating with us online through several messages to figure out the style, and she agreed to send us replacement forks. I was thrilled to get a brand new complete cutlery set this morning. Dealing with Rachel was a pleasure - truly customer service at its finest!

I placed an order for a couple of Judge baking sheets (33 x 33) on the afternoon of December 28, 2021, and they showed up via DPD on New Year's Eve. These products are just what I needed, in perfect shape, and the delivery was lightning fast.

I placed an order back in November, and it still hasn't shown up (it's a gift for Christmas). I've reached out to customer service, but I haven't heard back.

I've sent Horwood at least twelve emails regarding my missing items. They keep telling me they'll arrive within a day. Yet, I still haven't gotten what I paid for. I'm really upset!

I ordered several cutlery sets for my family, and each set of 24 came with at least 10 pieces that were either bent or broken. Horwood sent replacements, but guess what? They were all messed up too... The stuff they sell is just plain garbage and should be skipped entirely.

My Stellar kettle was a gift from my folks, so I didn’t have any proof of purchase. Unfortunately, the handle got loose and the whistle just stopped working. Since it had a lifetime guarantee, I thought I’d reach out for help.

Louis took care of my request, and let me tell you, his customer service was top-notch. He honored my claim even though my original kettle wasn’t available anymore. He offered me three options, and I went with the ebony one that showed up on Tuesday afternoon. I can’t even express how thrilled I am—it’s absolutely gorgeous! Your quick and polite response to my issue was truly impressive. It’s a real style statement, looking fabulous on my black and white Aga. Plus, it matches my black Audi TT perfectly, so I’ve nicknamed it TEA TEA.

The service I received was outstanding, way beyond what I expected. Huge thanks to Louis for handling my request and to the entire Horwood team for making this happen.

Around five years back, I picked up a set of Judge pans, and one of the lid handles came off. I saw that the bottom of the pan had a 25-year guarantee printed on it, so I thought, why not give the company a shout? I shot them an email, and they got back to me asking about the size of the pan. They sent me a new lid without any hassle—just super helpful!

Outstanding support from Rachel. She handled my issue swiftly and with great professionalism. I’ll definitely come back to this company for all my kitchen needs moving forward. It’s crucial to have peace of mind, and the assurance that any future problems will be sorted out quickly really matters to me.
